The Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network was founded in 2012 by former French Internet ambassador and former ICANN Director Bertrand de la Chapelle as a new NGO in Paris.
The I&J project is located at the interface between international and national Internet regulation and aims to develop "protocols" that helpt to better link the two levels.
I&J organises an annual high-level conference and publishes monthly reports on global developments in Internet law. I&J is supported by major Internet companies and some governments.
