In 2011, the OSCE Ministerial Meeting established an Informal Working Group with the mandate to develop recommendations for confidence-building measures in cyberspace. Eleven recommendations were adopted in 2013.
The OSCE Center of Freedom of the Media and Expression on the Internet also deals with Internet issues, in particular with the future of online journalism.
