Q3/2019 - Global Commission on Stability of Cyberspace (GCSC)

At a drafting session on 13 September 2019 in New York, the Global Commission on Stability of Cyberspace (GCSC) finished the draft of its final report. The final report, including the proposal for a cyber stability framework and eight norms as well as multiple recommendations for state and non-state actors, is planned to be adopted at the next and last session of the GCSC in Addis Ababa in October 2019 and to be presented to the public at the Paris Peace Forum (12 November 2019) and at the IGF in Berlin (25 November 2019^[1].
